I’ve been described by others as a caring and warm person, driven by a genuine curiosity about people and their experiences. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as an engineer. Now I work to adapt those skills to help my clients create therapeutic interventions that match their unique needs. This flexible approach integrates various therapeutic modalities according to the principles of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and various mindfulness techniques.

I'm deeply passionate about working with emotions, balancing assisting others to understand themselves while developing their skills in communication. Clients have shared that they find my approach to be non-judgmental and supportive, appreciating the space I create for them to think critically about their experiences and grow in their own unique ways.

My aim is to support individuals on their journeys by encouraging reflection and critical thinking. My dedication to fostering insight and facilitating personal growth stems from a genuine belief in the potential for positive change within every individual. Ultimately, my focus remains on empowering individuals to develop their strengths, cultivate resilience, and achieve well-being.
