I am a Registered Psychologist with a Masters of Arts degree in counselling and assessment/diagnosis and have been providing support and therapy to clients for over twenty years. I have extensive experience in a number of areas including, but not limited to, eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, phobias, attachment issues and relationships.
During individual counselling sessions, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients achieve their goals and experience success in life, utilizing the most effective, efficient and evidence-based strategies.
I very much believe in the strengths and resiliency of my clients and am proud to assist them in their journey of healing and recovery. In my efforts to provide the best care possible, I am consistently engaged with keeping up with the latest research and advances in therapy, attending professional workshops and advanced trainings and confidentially consulting with other experts in the field. I am a strong advocate of a work/life balance and hope to impart my own life experiences, expertise and training to help clients to successfully move forward in their life. Therapy is very much a collaborate process and I look forward to supporting you in your personal journey.

I am an avid world traveller and enjoy being physically active. I regularly engage in running, weight training, dancing, yoga and meditation. I love travelling the world and immersing myself with different people and cultures. I strongly believe this has provided me with a much wider perspective on human behaviour and has allowed me to connect with many different people from diverse backgrounds.
