Rebecca Teebay-Webb and Associates are a team of therapists who provide counselling and assessment services. We are located in South Calgary, in the community of Midnapore. Our aim is always to proudly provide high quality care and support that is effective, and has a genuine warmth. Julie Hicks

Julie works with adult individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including the impact of trauma (past or present), complex grief, relationship difficulties, identity transitions, health-related stress, and workplace issues. She brings particular expertise in supporting first responders and their families, as well as neurodivergent clients—including those with ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities—approaching this work with deep respect and a celebration of difference. Her therapeutic style is humanistic, trauma-informed, and holistic, integrating neuroscience and somatic awareness to support mind-body healing. She draws from evidence-based modalities such as Mindful Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Complex Trauma and Grief Therapy.

Rebecca provides counselling to individuals. Her specialties include recovery from trauma (childhood and adulthood origin), PTSD, and CPTSD, attachment trauma/ abandonment challenges, depression, self-worth, shame, grief and loss, especially after the loss of a baby (including miscarriage, stillbirth), stress management.
Rebecca has advanced training in ketamine, psilocybin and MDMA-assisted therapy.
