Ramelle Masters
Registered Provisional Psychologist
Available Appointments: In-Person & Video
My name is Ramelle and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I specialize in supporting individuals with PTSD, anxiety, depression, post partum depression, self-esteem, stress, burnout, shame, trauma, interpersonal issues, and increasing confidence. I also work with couples to help work through tension and any issues within the relationship. I work with older adolescents (15 years old+) and adults struggling with the above issues.
I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). If you have experienced trauma and its impacts are negatively affecting your life in the present, EMDR is a well-researched and effective treatment that may help you. EMDR can help us release the hold of negative beliefs and free us to experience ourselves more positively and compassionately.
In therapy, I take a holistic approach and we address multiple areas of your life being impacted by the issues presented.
I believe you are the expert in your life, and I am here to support, provide insight, and perhaps offer a new perspective to your experiences and struggles.
I am honoured and privileged to work with any individual who has the strength and courage to discuss their struggles and strive towards personal growth and change. It always amazes me the growth humans are capable of and the resilience we all have within us. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you in your journey towards finding lasting positive change.

Ramelle at Home
I find mental clarity and peace in daily exercise in the form of weightlifting and kickboxing. Exercise is my daily self-care and I have had to tweak this relationship with exercise over the years to be in my current state of it benefiting my mental health. I fill my emotional cup by going on family outings with my son and my husband on the weekends. I am a big advocate for finding time for yourself where you can recharge and afterwards join the world with a strong positive mindset.
As with most people I have experienced trauma in my life, and it took time and self-compassion to heal from those wounds. To those who have experienced their own trauma; you deserve to be heard and I want you to know your experience is your own and you have the right to heal and move forward with your life.
