Rebecca Teebay-Webb
Calgary Registered Psychologist
Rebecca is not accepting new clients.
I welcome you as you consider counselling for yourself or a loved one.
Clients and colleagues describe me as empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I’m always willing to go the “extra mile” to help and support my clients to achieve their counselling goals. I take great pride in supporting my clients towards health, happiness, and healing.
I have over 11 years of experience as a psychologist. I have a specialty in trauma recovery and support clients who have experienced childhood trauma, and/ or adulthood trauma, as well as those with PTSD, CPTSD, attachment trauma/ abandonment challenges, depression, self-worth, shame, grief and loss, especially after the loss of a baby (including miscarriage, stillbirth), and stress management. I have extensive experience supporting Calgary Police Service members, as well as supporting Veterans.
I have a deep passion for learning and further developing my capacity to better support my clients in their healing journey. The needs of my clients motivate me to seek out new research and advances. I’m proud to be on the cusp of these new advances. I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to: EMDR, ART, Gottman, Ego State Therapy, somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), clinical hypnosis, all with a foundation and appreciation for the polyvagal theory. Improving the regulation of a client's nervous system is central to my work as a therapist to achieve effective and efficient results. I'm trained in using a specialty tool called the Safe and Sound Protocol, which is an acoustic vagal nerve stimulator. This tool has been instrumental in my work with past and ongoing clients.
My clients have shared that I provide evidence-based practices with a genuine and intuitive insight, and that has assisted them in embracing empowerment on their transformative journey toward healing and growth.
Let's work together to support you in living your best life.

Rebecca at Home
My husband and I have been married for 13 years and we are proud parents of our sons who are 5 and 11 years old. Our family has also experienced tragedy and trauma, as our second child was stillborn at 38 weeks duration. It is an honour and a privilege to support my clients who have experienced the loss of a child, and also know of this pain.
As a family, we enjoy the outdoors, especially camping in the summer, and skiing in the winter. When I’m not working or playing with my kids, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and creating jewellery.
I am originally from England, and moved to Canada to 2003. I’m a proud Canadian.
